1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on cosmetic products once they have been opened or used.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We list all product ingredients on our website. If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for reactions due to individual sensitivities.
