- No exercise for 24-48 hours post treatment
- Sleep on your back for the first few nights to relieve pressure and avoid disturbing the filler
- Do not consume alcohol 24 hours pre or post-treatment
- Avoid direct UV exposure
- Avoid laser treatments, microdermabrasion or chemical peels for 2 weeks following treatment
- No AHAs, BHAs, Retinol or Vitamin C for 24 hours post-treatment
